The company
We build the operating layer that private practices were never given.
HanixMedia is a systems company. We defined the Practice Growth Operating System™ category because the problem we kept finding in excellent dermatology practices was never a marketing problem.
Our thesis
Marketing was the wrong diagnosis.
A cosmetic dermatology practice is a high-consideration, high-value business run by clinicians whose time is fully committed to patients. The growth side of that business — how enquiries arrive, how quickly they are answered, how consultations are prepared and followed up, how patients are recalled, how revenue is attributed — is operational work. It has been sold to practices as advertising for two decades.
That is why the same practice can spend heavily on campaigns and still plateau. The demand was created; the system to receive it was not. Adding more demand to an un-instrumented practice produces cost, not growth.
Our position is that a practice needs infrastructure before it needs promotion, and that this infrastructure is a product rather than a service engagement. That product is Hanix GrowthOS™.

How we operate
Our standards.
One category, one product
We do not maintain a menu of services. There is one product, Hanix GrowthOS™, and it either fits the practice or it does not.
A limited number of practices
Implementation is done by us, in depth, per practice. We take on a small number of engagements at a time and we do not work with competing practices in the same market.
Evidence over persuasion
We record a baseline before installation and report against it. Nothing we cannot measure gets claimed.
Confidentiality by default
Patient data and practice performance stay inside the practice. No result is published without written consent.
Who we work with
A narrow definition, stated plainly.
GrowthOS™ is built for one type of practice. Being explicit about that saves everyone a conversation.
A fit
- Private cosmetic dermatology practice in the United States
- $1M–$10M in annual revenue
- Owner, founder or medical director involved in the decision
- Clinical capacity available, or planned within twelve months
- Willing to operate a defined process rather than improvise
Not a fit
- Looking for a single campaign, website or advertising channel
- Pre-revenue or pre-clinic
- Unwilling to change how enquiries are answered and followed up
- Expecting results without a recorded baseline
If that describes your practice, the next step is a conversation.
A strategy session is a structured operational review — your current patient pathway, where it loses revenue, and whether GrowthOS™ is the right instrument for it.
